Square Sprays

The unique Square-Jet™ square spray nozzle can spray a nearly square spray pattern with uniform droplet distribution. Square shaped spray with uniform distribution and atomization throughout the entire spray pattern.  Atomization is finest at higher pressures. Offered in three different body styles:

General purpose square sprays:

• The two piece nozzle (Type SSMQ), with a removable internal vane
• The three piece removable tip nozzle and internal vane (Types SFQ & SMQ) without disturbing the pipe connection
• Flow rates from 0.22 gallons per minute (GPM) up to 38 GPM (.83 liters/minute to 144 LPM)
• Spray angles from 55˚ to 80˚
• Pressures from 3 PSI to 150 PSI (.2 BAR to 10 BAR)
• Constructed in various materials including steel, 303 & 316 stainless steel, brass and CPVC
• Available in pipe thread sizes from 1/8 inch to 1” NPT (other thread sizes and types available upon request)

Wide angle square sprays:

• The wide angle versions of the two piece nozzle with a removable internal vane above  (Type SSMQW)
• Flow rates from 0.55 gallons per minute (GPM) up to 4.8 GPM (2.1 liters/minute to 18 LPM)
• Super wide spray angles of 120˚
• Pressures from 3 PSI to 150 PSI (.2 BAR to 10 BAR)
• Constructed in various materials including303 stainless steel and brass
• Available in 1/4 inch NPT pipe thread (other thread sizes and types available upon request)
